Miek first started working with the Levine Greenberg Literary Agency in 1999, though he took a few years off to workshop a film, assist artists and travel to Berlin. He returned to work for the agency part-time in the summer of 2005.
Miek studied Literature, Film and Fine Arts at NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
